Who We Are
XHX Metal is a privately owned manufacturer specializing in producing and processing sheet metal. Since 2014, we have grown from a small fabrication workshop in Guangdong into a compact, full-process factory with about 30 people and 28 production machines inside a 2,000 m2 facility. We cut, bend, weld, finish, inspect and pack custom sheet metal parts and enclosures under one roof.
Our production capacity reaches about 500,000 parts per year, and we are equally comfortable with a one-piece prototype and a medium-volume production order. Because the company is privately owned, every order is handled by the same accountable team from quotation to delivery, with no third-party subcontracting and no unclear handovers.

Start With the Right Material
A reliable sheet metal part starts with the right material. In our daily work, the same five materials appear again and again: stainless steel, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and copper. Each one changes the strength, durability, corrosion resistance, surface finish and final cost of your part.

Material samples on the workbench: stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, cold rolled steel and copper.
| Material | Strength | Durability | Corrosion Resistance | Typical Use |
| Stainless Steel | High | Excellent | Excellent | Kitchens, medical, marine, outdoor structures |
| Cold Rolled Steel | High | Low-Moderate | Very poor without coating | Automotive parts, appliances, furniture frames |
| Galvanized Steel | Moderate | Good | Good (zinc layer) | HVAC, fences, roofing, ducts |
| Aluminum | Low-Moderate | Good | Good | Aerospace, electronics, enclosures, signage |
| Copper | Moderate | Good | Good | Electrical parts, heat exchangers, decorative elements |
Stainless steel is our first recommendation for load-bearing parts in humid, chemical or marine environments. Aluminum, with a density about one-third that of stainless steel, is ideal when weight matters and offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio in alloys such as 6061. Cold rolled steel is economical with a smooth surface but needs coating against rust; galvanized steel adds a zinc layer for outdoor service; copper suits electrical and thermal applications.
Cost depends on volume, not only on price per kilogram. Stainless steel has the highest cost by volume, aluminum is often more economical per part because of its low density, and cold rolled steel is usually the cheapest option. We help buyers compare materials with real processing costs instead of list prices.
Inside Our Workshop: How Parts Are Made
Once the material is confirmed, production follows a clear sequence: laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, surface finishing and final inspection. Keeping these steps inside one workshop lets us control quality and lead time at every stage.
Two 6kW fiber laser cutting machines cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum with repeatable accuracy around +/-0.01 mm. Clean edges reduce downstream deburring and keep assembly tolerances predictable.

Fiber laser cutting keeps profiles clean and tolerances tight.
CNC press brakes fold panels and brackets to the required angles. Programmed tooling keeps bend positions repeatable across batches, which matters when dozens of identical enclosures must fit together.

CNC press braking forms panels and enclosures with repeatable angles.
For enclosures, cabinets and frames, our welders combine TIG, MIG and laser welding. Clean, controlled weld beads create strong and watertight joints while keeping the outside appearance professional.

TIG welding joins frames cleanly for enclosures and cabinets.
Powder coating, painting and anodizing protect the surface and extend service life. This step turns a raw metal part into a finished product that can survive outdoor weather, handling and years of use.

Quality You Can Verify
Every order passes dimensional and surface inspection before dispatch. Our QC team checks first articles against engineering drawings and keeps 100% inspection for critical dimensions, so a confirmed drawing becomes a confirmed part, not a surprise.

- ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, CE and SGS verified
- Alibaba 5-year Gold Supplier with a 5.0/5 rating from 42 reviews
- 93.1% on-time delivery and a 41% repeat order rate
- Two dedicated QC staff and full inspection on critical dimensions
Working With a Private, Responsive Team
We support OEM and ODM projects across 11 product lines, including sheet metal fabrication, sheet metal enclosures, CNC machining, stamping, springs, fasteners, hooks, aluminum profiles, shafts, 3D printing and die casting. Small and medium orders are welcome, with a minimum order quantity starting from one piece.
To get started, simply upload your 3D models or drawings and request a quote. Our team usually responds within two hours, and the same engineer follows your project until the parts are packed. Today our customers come from domestic markets, North America, Southeast Asia and other regions, which keeps our manufacturing standards aligned with international expectations.
